The simplest way to learn how to build a program is to work off of an example. We will look at a plan for Michael who wants to completely transform his physique and adopt a healthier lifestyle.
This is note a complete program and should be used for informational purposes only. Its intention is to show you what an example training program would look like and a model for you to build yours off of.
