Core training focuses on building strength in the muscles that stabilize, align and move the core of the body. The muscles in the abdomen and lower back are the primary beneficiaries. Core training has become popular in gyms and is being incorporated in training programs due to its benefits. The right core training exercises will shape your midsection and build control, stability, endurance, strength and power in the core. In  order to incorporate core training we must understand some basics.
